Sole Source Notice - NCATS Scientific and Technology Program Support (STPS)

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is publishing a notice of intent to award a sole source modification to extend the period of performance for the NCATS Scientific and Technology Program Support (STPS) by 3 months. The purpose of this modification is to continue providing comprehensive support for the integrated scientific environment supporting NCATS. • The contract is being extended due to a continued need for the services performed under this contract. • The extension is necessary to prevent a lapse in critical services while the follow-on contract is being competed. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, but the Government shall consider all responses received within 3 days of this posting. • The notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201. • The statutory authority for this sole source modification is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
