The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a single‑entity contractor to provide comprehensive custodial services for 19 rest‑area complexes and 7 truck‑parking areas across the state. The work includes routine interior and exterior cleaning, waste removal, restroom upkeep, minor repairs (materials ≤ $3,000), 24‑hour on‑call support, provision of consumables, staffing from 7 am–11 pm daily, and detailed reporting.
