Winthrop University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete set of weight‑lifting equipment for its campus fitness facilities, including dumbbell racks, a full range of urethane‑coated dumbbells, Olympic bars, multi‑angle benches, and an upright multipurpose bench. The contract also requires shipping to the West Center on campus and on‑site installation. All dumbbells must feature the university’s Eagle logo, with the logo approved by the Communications & Marketing department. No partial shipments are permitted; delivery must match the quantities and dates specified in the university’s delivery schedule. The vendor must provide unit pricing for each line item and comply with Net‑30 payment terms.
• Provide 6‑pair dumbbell rack (6 units) and assorted ASF urethane dumbbells ranging from 5 lb to 120 lb.
• Supply 12 Olympic bars (20 kg) and five collegiate‑grade power‑lift benches, plus one upright multipurpose bench.
