Road Grading - Arroyo Conejo Open Space

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a contractor to provide road grading maintenance services for six locations in the Arroyo Conejo open space. The contractor will be responsible for re-grading access roads, clearing debris and vegetation, repairing ruts and erosion, and installing temporary creek crossings. The project is expected to start in mid-September 2026 and be completed by October 31, 2026. • The contractor must have experience with road grading and maintenance projects. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. • The contractor must be able to work in compliance with applicable federal and state permits and environmental regulations. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed cost proposal, including a maximum payment amount and a breakdown of costs for each location and temporary crossing.
