The Pease Development Authority (PDA) seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive economic impact study of its three core asset groups – the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, the Pease Business Park, and the Pease Golf Course. The study must quantify direct, indirect, and induced economic effects, produce short‑, medium‑ and long‑term forecasts, and deliver strategic recommendations for infrastructure, workforce, and real‑estate planning. Deliverables include a full written report, executive summary, community brochure, and a final presentation. The contract is a fixed‑price, six‑month engagement with optional one‑year extensions.
