Description
The City of Hephzibah, GA is seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, and construct a major addition to its existing Water Pollution Control Plant. The work includes a new bar screen, wastewater treatment system, electrical room with blowers, chlorine contact chamber, earthwork, concrete structures, piping, electrical and mechanical installations, painting, grassing, erosion control, and all associated appurtenances. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid basis; bidders must hold a Georgia Utility Contractor License and employ a certified Utility Manager. The project must be substantially completed within 365 calendar days and fully completed within 395 days.
