Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking bids for Switchgear and Breaker Maintenance and Testing services. The services will be performed at the Franchise Tax Board (Building 084) in Sacramento, CA. The contract term is anticipated to be 48 months. The bidder must be a licensed electrical contractor and meet other minimum requirements. The bid submission must include all required attachments and be received by the deadline. The evaluation committee will review the bid submissions and select the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
• The bidder must be registered with the State of California, Secretary of State, if required by law.
• The bidder must have a valid Class C-10 electrical license.
• The bidder must submit proof of insurance for general liability, commercial automobile, and worker's compensation.
• The bidder must provide three or more references.
• The bidder must meet the DVBE participation goal of 3%.
• The bidder must document the required DVBE program participation on Attachment 3, Bidder Declaration.
