Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease space for a Community Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the Department of Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia, PA. The leased space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required, and the space must not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. The space should be on no more than one contiguous floor, with a minimum of 18,876 square feet and a maximum of 21,896 square feet. The lease term will be 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years.
• The offered space must be located within a delineated area in Northeast Philadelphia.
• The space must have up to 100 parking spaces.
• The building must not be located near establishments where firearms are discharged outside, active railroad tracks, or industrial parks.
• The building must be within 5 miles of a hospital or standalone emergency room center and a fire department.
• A stop for one or more public bus or streetcar lines must be located within 2,640 feet of the building.
• Entities must provide evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s) of the building.
