Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

The solicitation notes a small‑business size ceiling of $34 million for the overall requirement, which spans a base year plus up to four option years. Based on typical federal UPS maintenance contracts of this scope (7 UPS units, 7 battery cabinets, annual parts and labor allowances, and 24/7 emergency coverage), a reasonable annual award would fall between $1 million and $3 million. The lower end assumes minimal parts usage and a lean labor rate; the higher end accounts for higher parts consumption, overtime premiums for emergency calls, and the need for two on‑site technicians at each visit. Therefore, the estimated total contract value over the five‑year maximum period could range from $5 million to $15 million.
