Description
The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to support the Army's Strategic Management System (SMS) platform. The solution must include a sophisticated COTS SaaS platform and integrated, high-skilled professional services. The scope of work includes providing and maintaining the SMS SaaS platform, managing and operating two distinct FedRAMP-authorized cloud instances, and delivering comprehensive program management and user support. The contractor must also provide a dedicated Program Manager, help desk support, and training and development services.
Key requirements include:
• Providing a SaaS platform with full lifecycle support and ensuring effective performance management capabilities across unclassified and classified environments
• Managing and operating two distinct FedRAMP-authorized cloud instances (unclassified and classified)
• Delivering comprehensive program management, maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) under the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and providing multi-tiered user support
• Providing a dedicated Program Manager, help desk support, and training and development services
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) and federal laws, regulations, and policies throughout the life of the contract
