Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle wrap services for a Ford F-550 vehicle. The vendor will be responsible for creating custom artwork, printing, and installing the vehicle wrap. The wrap will cover four sides of the vehicle, except for the front windshield, front driver/passenger side windows, and rear window. The vendor must use UV-resistant inks and ensure that the wrap lasts for at least five years in outdoor weather conditions. The vendor will also be responsible for prepping the vehicle for installation, including washing the vehicle.
Key requirements include:
• The vendor must be able to create custom artwork for the vehicle wrap
• The vendor must use UV-resistant inks
• The wrap must last for at least five years in outdoor weather conditions
• The vendor must prep the vehicle for installation, including washing the vehicle
• The vendor must install the wrap on site or at an off-site location
• The vendor must provide electronic prepress services, including a basic preflight check of the furnished media and publishing files
• The vendor must provide proofs prior to printing, and the contractor must not print prior to receiving an "OK to print" from the government.
