Description
The California Arts Council is seeking a qualified consultant (or consulting team) to develop a new five‑ to seven‑year strategic plan that updates its current 2020‑2027 framework. The contractor will lead stakeholder engagement, synthesize research, facilitate workshops, and produce a comprehensive plan with implementation road‑maps, performance metrics, and presentation materials for Council and public briefings.
• Conduct kickoff, background review, and develop a detailed project timeline.
• Engage State‑Local partners, recent grantees, CAC leadership, and other stakeholders through interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Facilitate staff workshops, draft and finalize the strategic plan, and create supporting PowerPoint decks and dashboards.
