Real Property Appraisal Services and Surveying & Mapping Services for Selected City-Owned Properties

The City of Archer is seeking qualified firms to provide real‑property appraisal services and/or surveying & mapping services for a pool of city‑owned parcels. Two separate components can be bid on individually or together as a joint proposal. The contract will be structured as a master agreement with task‑order authorizations for individual parcels; the City reserves the right to award any combination of parcels, phase work, or issue no task order after award. • Component 1 – Appraisal: full or restricted appraisal reports, updates, market‑rent analysis, highest‑and‑best‑use studies, and related deliverables per USPAP. • Component 2 – Surveying & Mapping: boundary, topographic, legal‑description, and GIS/CAD deliverables; pricing to be negotiated after qualification‑based ranking (CCNA). • Eligible parcel pool consists of roughly 30 parcels; red/yellow highlighted parcels are excluded from pricing. • Minimum contract term is one year with possible one‑year renewals; work is task‑order driven, so workload can vary widely.
