Pre-Qualified Real Estate Appraisers (CDBG, CDBG-DR, HOME, AND SHIP)

The City of Pensacola Housing Department is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured professional real‑estate appraisers to provide appraisal services for properties funded through federal and state housing programs (CDBG, CDBG‑DR, HOME, SHIP) and for vacant/undeveloped parcels. The agreement is non‑exclusive and on an as‑needed basis, allowing the City to award multiple contracts or reject all responses. This re‑issued RFP replaces a previously cancelled solicitation. • Services include valuation of properties eligible for rehabilitation or replacement under program guidelines. • Must be licensed, insured, and experienced with federally‑funded housing program compliance. • Work will be performed on a case‑by‑case basis; no fixed project length is defined.
