Description
The Roseburg VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide meal delivery carts. The required products include 4 Dinex DXPTQC2T2DPT24 (2 Door) Meal Delivery Carts and 3 Dinex DXPTQC2T1DPT12 (1 Door) Meal Delivery Carts. The carts must have specific features such as all stainless steel for sanitation and safety purposes, sound dampening/noise suppression bearing covers, gravity locking doors with door stops, and 8” casters.
• The carts must be able to hold a certain number of trays, with the 2-door cart holding at least 24 trays and the 1-door cart holding at least 12 trays.
• The contractor must provide information about their company, including business size, UEI, and whether they are a small business or have other certifications.
• The contractor must also provide general pricing for their products/solutions and the manufactured country of origin.
• The Government is not obligated to pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Announcement.
