Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires 140,000 custom Million Veteran Program (MVP) lapel pins, including design, manufacture, rubber backing, individual packaging, and delivery. The pins are distributed to MVP research participants upon enrollment as a recognition and engagement item. The contractor must provide preproduction samples for Government approval prior to full production. The contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical capability, delivery schedule, and price.
• The contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 339999.
• The small business size standard is 550 employees.
• The contractor must submit quotes electronically to the designated contact.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors and to reject any or all offers.
