Description
The State of Delaware is seeking bids for the complete removal and replacement of the low‑slope roof on the Carvel Building at the Herman M. Holloway Campus (approximately 36,800 sq ft). The scope includes demolition of the existing roof system, installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing system with insulation, vapor retarder, cover boards, metal coping, roof hatches with guardrails, and optional lightning‑protection system.
