Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the Purchase of Residential / Light Commercial Natural Gas Regulators on an Annual Contract with four renewal options for the Lawrenceville Gas Department. The successful bidder will be required to supply regulators according to the delivery schedule furnished with purchase orders from time to time for the unit price bid.
• The contract includes the design, production, and shipment of Residential / Light Commercial Natural Gas Regulators.
• The regulators must meet specific technical requirements, including a minimum capacity and maximum allowable operating pressure.
• The contract also includes provisions for delivery, payment, and termination.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities, informalities, and minor irregularities in bids received.
