Nitrogen Generator

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a nitrogen generator that produces nitrogen gas with a purity of 95% - 99%. The generator should have a maximum size of 6' x 3' x 6' and a maximum weight of 4,000 lbs. The system must include a nitrogen generator/source, filtration, pressure regulation, and an in-line oxygen analyzer to continuously monitor nitrogen purity and alert upon exceeding specified O2 concentration levels. The panel should utilize a touchscreen Human-Machine Interface (HMI) control panel with information and other readings on how the machine is operating. • The nitrogen generator should produce nitrogen gas limited to at most 5% oxygen impurities. • The target purity is 97%. • The system should include a rotary screw air compressor. • Acceptance testing will be performed after installation is complete. • A standard one-year warranty and safety manual are included.
