The U.S. Army’s STARE Project Office is conducting market research for the production and engineering services required to sustain and expand the Lower Tier Air Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS). This Sources‑Sought seeks firms capable of delivering up to 20 radars per year over a seven‑year IDIQ contract, including all associated hardware, software, firmware, integration, logistics, and support services, as well as the ability to perform first‑article inspection, environmental stress screening, and other qualification activities. The effort will also require a SECRET‑level facility clearance and may involve reverse‑engineering a technical data package if the government does not release the TDP. • Scope: Full‑life‑cycle production, engineering, integration, testing, and sustainment of LTAMDS radars (up to 20 units annually). • Contract Structure: 7‑year Multiyear Procurement IDIQ with annual task orders; initial delivery required within 33 months of award. • Requirements: SEC‑level cleared U.S. corporation, capable of rapid FAI/ESS/FCA/PCA/HALT execution, and ability to provide cost/ schedule ROM for reverse‑engineering if needed.
