The Department of Correction is seeking bids for the acquisition of services for issuing release cards to incarcerated individuals who are being released from custody, as well as providing cards to be loaded with funds for those incarcerated individuals who are on work release and/or parole. The contract is expected to start on January 2, 2026, and end on January 1, 2028. The bid opening date is November 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
