Synopsis for Integrated Logistics and Engineering Support for the AN/ALQ-165 Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ) System for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Customers

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking sources for integrated logistics and engineering support for the AN/ALQ-165 Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ) System for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The scope of this effort includes comprehensive sustainment activities to ensure the operational readiness of ASPJ systems currently fielded and any future systems with FMS partners. • The effort requires a thorough understanding of and experience with managing the complete sustainment lifecycle for advanced avionics systems in an FMS environment. • Respondents must possess intrinsic technical expertise to address all elements of integrated logistics, from supply support and training to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. • A capable source shall possess the program management infrastructure and engineering expertise required to execute on-site technical support missions in international locations. • Interested businesses shall demonstrate that they currently possess or have authorized access to the necessary technical data, or have a viable plan to obtain, generate, or otherwise secure the necessary technical data.
