Description
Midwestern State University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full suite of new broadcast‑production equipment for its communications programs. The university requires six UPS units, six Avid Symphony activation cards, multiple iKan lighting kits, two Sennheiser shotgun microphones, two Zoom field recorders, and one Datavideo IP video decoder, all new and preferably packaged in recycled materials. Vendors must submit a sealed or emailed bid that includes unit prices, a signed Vendor Affidavit, a HUB Sub‑contracting Plan, and a W‑9 if new to the university. Delivery must be FOB Destination, within a maximum of 14 calendar days unless a shorter schedule is offered, and must occur during normal business hours. Evaluation will be 30 % technical compliance (including past performance and delivery schedule) and 70 % price.
