The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering a three-year term contract for the purchase of metallic and non-metallic scrap. The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the highest unit price for each line item. The purchaser will be expected to pay the unit bid price for each item awarded upon removal based on weight.
