The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the roof on the Jackson State Office Building. The work includes demolition down to the existing metal/concrete deck, installation of a new 2‑ply modified bitumen membrane over two layers of 2.2‑inch rigid insulation and ½‑inch cover board, tapered insulation at drainage crickets and saddles, and masonry repairs with through‑wall flashings at parapet stone copings.
