Other Transaction Agreement Solutions Offering (OTASO) for TechAccess: AI-Ready America Program

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is seeking proposals for the National Coordination Lead for the TechAccess: AI-Ready America program. The program aims to accelerate Artificial Intelligence (AI) readiness and adoption across the United States. The National Lead will support national coordination, knowledge sharing, technical assistance, AI deployment support, partner engagement, and program documentation. The selected organization will work alongside NSF and the national TechAccess: AI-Ready America program partners. The program has three strategic priorities: strengthening coordination around AI readiness, leveraging existing networks and partnerships, and identifying and addressing gaps in AI readiness. The National Lead will be responsible for executing seven performance workstreams, including state/territory-level coordination hub support, national-level knowledge sharing, and national AI deployment support. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing direct support to State/Territory Coordination Hubs through technical assistance and knowledge sharing • Maintaining national visibility and knowledge sharing through public-facing information and communication activities • Establishing specialized national-level AI deployment capacity • Partnering with industry and philanthropic organizations to contribute resources and expertise • Coordinating with priority sectors to strengthen national-level support • Developing and executing AI-Ready Catalyst Award Competitions to rapidly pilot and scale approaches that address high-priority national needs in AI readiness • Documenting and sharing learnings from award activities and providing technical assistance to awardees
