6BDE JCLC Camp Gillis Long

The U.S. Army is seeking meal services for 120 Cadets and 51 Cadre from East Baton Rouge schools from 27-31 May 2026 and an additional 120 Cadets and 35 Cadre for lunch and dinner meals on Saturday, 30 May 2026 in support of JCLC Camp Gillis Long. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform meal services. The contractor shall meet the standards in the contract and provide meals as indicated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Some key requirements include: • Providing meal services for 120 Cadets and 51 Cadre from 27-31 May 2026 and an additional 120 Cadets and 35 Cadre for lunch and dinner meals on 30 May 2026. • Meeting the standards in the contract and providing meals as indicated in the PWS. • Providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform meal services. • Preparing and serving meals during the times indicated for the duration of the contract as specified within the PWS.
