RFQ NO. 26-002: ON-CALL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES

The City of Hermosa Beach is establishing an on‑call list of qualified environmental consultants to support its Community Development/Planning Division. Selected firms will be eligible for task‑order assignments over a five‑year period, performing CEQA‑related studies, traffic and transportation analyses, air‑quality assessments, noise/vibration studies, cultural‑resource work, and other environmental technical documents as needed. The solicitation requires a Statement of Qualifications and a separate rate‑schedule PDF, each signed by an authorized representative. No guarantee of award; the City may award two or more contracts, each capped at $500,000 total over the contract term. • Provide CEQA documentation (EIRs, MNDs, categorical exemptions) and peer reviews on an as‑needed basis. • Deliver specialized studies (traffic, air quality, noise, cultural resources, site assessments, water‑resource permitting assistance). • Maintain required insurance, submit monthly invoices, and comply with the City’s Professional Services Agreement.
