The City of Reading is seeking bids to install a bicycle safety trail within the existing grass medians along East Wyomissing Blvd. and Hancock Blvd. The project includes various tasks such as clearing and grubbing, excavation, asphalt paving, concrete curb and sidewalk installation, and traffic control. The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond, as well as proof of insurance.
