Description
The City of Fall River is seeking a qualified vendor to provide window procurement services for the Fall River Public Schools Department. The solicitation packages can be obtained electronically through the Purchasing Department via email. Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00pm on February 26th, 2026. The bids will be opened, witnessed, and results made public. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 4th, 2026.
• The vendor must provide window procurement services in accordance with the listed specifications.
• The vendor must submit a Performance Bond of 50% of the submitted bid proposal.
• The vendor must state its best delivery time if the indicated date cannot be met.
• The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any/all bids or quotes when deemed in the best interest of the City of Fall River.
