Budget estimate

$150,000 – $250,000

The bid documents list an estimated project value of $196,000. Considering typical contractor margins (10‑30 %) and potential change orders, the expected budget to the successful bidder would likely fall between $150,000 and $250,000. This range accounts for the modest size of the project, the requirement for a 10 % bid guarantee, and the need to cover labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
