Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Aggregate No. 5 Material to the Pasquotank County Maintenance location. The contract will be for a one-time purchase, and the successful vendor will be required to deliver the material within 20 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the order. The vendor must also comply with the North Carolina Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures.
• The vendor must provide a pricing form with their bid.
• The vendor must complete and return several attachments, including a HUB supplemental vendor information form and a certification of financial condition.
• The vendor must also provide information about their proposed subcontractors and their experience working with the state.
• The state reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate with one or more vendors.
