Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide the Radformation AutoContour software, along with incidental services for installation. This software is used to increase efficiency in the radiation oncology workflow, specifically for contouring and reviewing structures for radiation therapy treatment planning. The requirement includes the purchase of Radformation Products Software to establish machine readiness and patient treatment plans for special procedures.
• The software will be used by a Qualified Medical Physicist, certified medical dosimetrist, and/or their designee.
• The software includes annual subscriptions for various products, including EZFluence Radiotherapy Automated 3D Planning Software, ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software, ClearCalc Secondary Calculation Software, ChartCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Evaluation Software, and AutoContour Radiotherapy Automated Contouring Software.
• The verification of the product will be done by a Qualified Medical Physicist of VHA.
• The software will be used at the Kansas City VA Medical Center.
