Citywide Landscape Construction Job Order Contract

The City of Phoenix is establishing a Citywide Landscape Construction Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide on‑call landscape‑related construction services across the city. Up to three qualified contractors will be selected for a 36‑month term (with an optional 24‑month renewal) and may receive individual Job Order Agreements (JOAs) up to $4 million each, not to exceed a total contract ceiling of $20 million. Services include park structures, trails, sports fields, sidewalks, streetscapes, irrigation, storm‑water facilities, grading, and minor design work. Contractors must hold appropriate Arizona contractor licenses, provide performance and payment bonds, and use the City’s UNIFIER web‑based project management system.
