General Contractor

The El Paso Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to provide construction, renovation, repair, maintenance, and related services at various district facilities. The work may include coordination and management of multiple construction trades and disciplines for building renovations, site improvements, infrastructure repairs, interior and exterior upgrades, and associated construction activities necessary to maintain safe, functional, and code-compliant facilities. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, testing, inspections, project management, and incidentals required to complete assigned projects. • Provide construction services, including building renovations, site and infrastructure improvements, and repair and maintenance of interior and exterior spaces • Coordinate and manage multiple construction trades and disciplines • Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and District requirements • Maintain safe and secure work areas throughout all phases of construction • Remove construction debris and restore work areas upon completion • Provide testing reports, warranties, certifications, and closeout documentation to the District representative
