Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina, intends to issue a solicitation for quarterly subsistence. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally.
• The solicitation includes various food items such as cheddar cheese, margarine, mozzarella cheese, tofu, beans, and other grocery items.
• The delivery date will be on or around January 1, 2025.
• The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026.
• The contractor must comply with the security requirements of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014, Privacy Act of 1974, and other applicable laws and regulations.
