Animal Feed, Vitamins, and Supplements

The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking sealed responses for Animal Feed, Vitamins, and Supplements. The major customers for these items are the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the Department of Public Safety. The contract will have an initial term and may be renewed for up to three years. The pricing structure will be firm, all-inclusive, fixed prices, and may change in accordance with the Price Adjustments provision of the Contract. • The contract requires the provision of various animal feed products, including cottonseed hulls, coastal Bermuda hay, and soy hull pellets. • The contractor must provide a Mandatory Price Sheet with their response. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor providing the best value to the state for each line item. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance and licensing. • The contract may be renewed for up to three years, with the option for CPA to unilaterally renew the contract.
