Description
This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive window‑cleaning services for eight Wayne State University parking structures and associated interior glass (stairwells, elevators, offices). The work includes external and internal glass cleaning, use of water‑fed pole systems, biodegradable detergents, and protection of elevator shafts. Service must be performed during daylight hours, coordinated with university parking and elevator staff, and comply with OSHA/MIOSHA, university wage‑rate, insurance, and smoke‑free policies. The contract runs for three years (2026‑2028) with two optional one‑year extensions.
• Clean exterior and interior windows of eight parking structures (approximately 30+ floors total).
