Purchase and Delivery of Conex Storage Containers (or Equivalent)

The City of Clermont Fire Department is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of 18 used, cargo-worthy shipping containers for the development of a new fire training facility. The containers will serve as the structural foundation for multiple training props, including hose advancement, search and rescue, and other fireground operations. The successful respondent will be required to deliver, offload, and position the containers at the designated site. The delivery site is an open field with no permanent unloading infrastructure, and the respondent must provide all necessary equipment for offloading and placement. • The containers must be 40 ft standard, cargo-worthy, wind and watertight, with no holes, major rust, or significant damage. • The containers must have solid, clean, and intact flooring and fully functional, weather-sealed doors. • The respondent must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and building code requirements. • The respondent must also comply with the City's terms and conditions, including the payment terms, delivery requirements, and warranty provisions.
