Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Motorola Radio Repeater equipment and installation services. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of new equipment, as well as the removal and disposal of existing equipment. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Motorola Solutions, Inc. and provide all necessary equipment and manpower to complete the project. The project includes the installation of new GTR 8000 base radios, the reconfiguration of existing GTR 8000s, and the installation of new antennas and transmission lines. The contractor must also provide "As-Installed" documentation and customized system configuration for the end-user.
• The project requires the installation of twelve channel conversion upgrades, nine new GTR 8000 base radios, and three GTR 8000 reconfigurations.
• The contractor must also install a twelve-channel combiner/multicoupler system, three new antennas, and transmission lines.
• The project includes the installation of a rack-mounted UPS and a new rack.
• The contractor must verify system configuration, optimization, and performance through in-field functional acceptance testing.
• The contractor must also provide Essential Plus Services, including a Service Desk and technical support.
