Description
The City of Detroit's Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking applicants for two unique HOME-ARP program components: Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Supportive Services and Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) combined with Supportive Services. The selected applicant will provide supportive services to individuals in need. The application deadline is October 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
• The application must include completed forms for Combined Certificates of Authority, Affidavit of Disclosure of Interests, and Non-Collusion Affidavit.
• The applicant must comply with all provisions stated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
• The City of Detroit's Equalization Credit Statement is available for review.
• The applicant must utilize the provided URL to complete the Income Tax and Account Receivables Clearance process.
• The completion of the Combined Corporate Accountability and Workforce Safety Affidavit is optional but a condition of the award.
