• The bidder must deliver the items to the City of Port Arthur, Port Arthur, TX 77640.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations, and codes of the federal, state, and local governments.
• The bidder must provide a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (Form CIQ) as part of the bid proposal.
• The bidder must comply with the City of Port Arthur's ethics policy and not offer or accept gifts or anything of value.
