Glendale Office/Shop Building

The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is seeking bids for the demolition of an existing steel maintenance building and the construction of a new two-story block maintenance building. The project includes a shop, offices, bathrooms, welding room, ready room, elevator, generator, and cranes, as well as additional water main, sewer main, electrical, and paving work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on April 14, 2026, at 10:00 am PT. Bids will be accepted from only those bidders in attendance at the meeting and site visit.
