The Department of Natural Resources, Purchasing Office is seeking to extend the underlying agreement for the Integrated Parks and Wildlife System (IPAWS) to allow for ongoing operation and maintenance. IPAWS is a critical, revenue-generating system for Colorado Parks and Wildlife. The contract is currently held by RA Outdoors, d/b/a Aspira LLC, and the department is seeking to extend the contract with them. However, other vendors are invited to respond and confirm their capabilities to provide the services needed. The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of IPAWS, which is a central, one-stop shop for the public to engage with Colorado Parks and Wildlife for various goods and services. Some of the key services include:
• Camping reservations
• Hunting licenses
• State parks passes
• Vehicle registrations
• Wildlife and parks-related products
The department is looking for a vendor that can provide these services immediately and through the term of the award.
