INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONING SERVICES

The Town of Manchester is seeking a commissioning authority to provide independent commissioning services for various town buildings as part of ongoing capital improvement projects. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning, managing, and performing commissioning activities, including developing commissioning specifications, attending project meetings, and reporting progress to the town. The contract term is from the date of award to March 31, 2028, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The town is looking for a vendor with experience in commissioning services, particularly in high-performance building construction standards and LEED Silver Building projects. Some key aspects of the job include: * Developing and coordinating the execution of a testing plan * Observing and documenting system performance * Providing commissioning services for energy efficiency projects and HVAC systems upgrades * Ensuring that systems are functioning in accordance with contract documents * Working with the town's building maintenance and operations staff to confirm scope and related commissioning requirements * Developing sustainable and energy-efficient value-added concepts for system operation
