Virtel Web Access

The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking bids for a vendor to provide Virtel Web Access Software product for Coverage, Allows FACF ID's to be used and added when new employees are onboarded. Mainframe software that allows secure access to IBM 3270. The contract term is from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027. The vendor shall submit pricing in the format shown in the contract, and the award will be given to the vendor with the lowest responsive and responsible bid. • The vendor must provide Virtel Web Access Software product for Coverage, Usage, and Maintenance of 4,000 users. • The vendor must allow FACF ID's to be used and added when new employees are onboarded. • The vendor must provide mainframe software that allows secure access to IBM 3270. • The vendor must submit pricing in the format shown in the contract. • The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the contract.
