The State of California’s Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a three‑year septic‑pumping and waste‑disposal service for multiple septic tanks and pit‑toilet sites throughout Mount Diablo State Park (Contra‑Costa County) and Benicia State Recreation Area (Solano County). The contractor must hold hazardous‑substance removal certification, supply all labor, equipment, and disposal logistics, and respond to emergency calls within two hours. Work is performed annually at each tank/site during normal park hours, with a mandatory pre‑bid site walk‑through.
