HVAC and BMS Upgrades

The Adrian Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade its HVAC and BMS systems at the Adrian High School. The project includes the upgrade of five unit ventilators to comparable Trane unit ventilators and the installation of a Trane Tracer BMS system. The scope of work includes all electrical and piping work, asbestos abatement, and hazardous material removal. The project is being funded by an EGLE grant, and prevailing wage is required. The contractor must have a minimum of ten years of experience and provide licensing and insurance information.
