The Manatee County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the design‑build improvement of 60th Avenue East, covering two distinct segments: an extension northward to the Mendoza Road‑Buffalo Road terminus (Segment 2) and intersection upgrades at 60th Avenue East with 69th Street East (Segment 3).
