Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids for custom fabric patches for the Hightower Garment Factory. The patches should be 3-1/2 inches wide and 2-1/4 inches high, with a white merrowed edge and a heat-sealed backing. The patches should feature a reversed US flag design with 50 white stars and 13 red and white stripes. The contract will be for a period of approximately 241 days, from the date of award to August 31, 2026.
• The patches should be made of 100% polyester thread.
• The colors should be from standard color cards of America.
• The patches should be delivered to the Hightower Unit Garment Factory in Dayton, TX.
• The bidder should provide a sample patch prior to award.
• The contract may be extended up to three months at the sole discretion of the State.
